In a nutshell, we pass gas. Seriously, we do. We test homes for radon gas, the second leading cause of lung cancer in the USA. We want every home to pass the test but often they do not. We can help you find out the level of radon in your home. If the level comes back higher than the EPA standard for safety, we will help guide you to make the choices to make your home as safe and healthy as possible!
Pricing:
We charge $145 plus tax to test your home.
We offer the option to pay via check, cash or Venmo.

Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. Radon is a gas. Unbeknownst to many, radon lurks in their homes and for many years, they live with it at dangerous levels. Some people decide to test a home they are considering buying. Others test regularly to monitor the safe level in their home so that they can maintain a healthy level or, in the event the level becomes high, they can hire someone to help. Some people want to make sure their mitigation system is working properly.
We want to help you keep watch on the radon level in your home. Buying a new house? We want to test it for you prior to purchase. Want peace of mind knowing your home’s level? We use high-quality, professional continuous radon monitors to conduct a reading over a minimum of 48 hours. We provide the results to you so that you can keep a record of the level in your home.
